Job summary

Bally's Intralot is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee multiple HR disciplines for a growing company with 600+ employees. The role requires handling training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and compliance responsibilities with attention to detail and strong communication.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR, payroll experience with ADP, and solid knowledge of HRIS systems, MS Office, and policy administration. On-site position with regulatory and safety procedures emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in at least one HR discipline.
• Previous working knowledge of payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to new hires as needed.
• Assist with internal employee communications regarding training, compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• Support performance management by training on the system and assisting with goal setting.
