Job summary

Intralot, Inc in the United States (Duluth, GA) is seeking an HR Generalist to support multiple HR disciplines for a growing company with 600+ employees.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day payroll with ADP Workforce Now, maintain HRIS data, and deliver programs spanning training, recruitment onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR discipline or equivalent.
• Experience with payroll using ADP Workforce Now and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to new hires as needed.
• Assist with internal employee communications regarding training, compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• Support the performance management process by training on the system, assisting with goal setting, and answering questions.
• Assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintain employee handbooks.
• Process new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence; manage garnishments and payroll processing.
• Generate adhoc reports from HRIS systems.
• Lead or participate in HR related projects/program management.
• Liaise between employee benefit providers and employees.
• Coordinate 401(k) and retirement plans; workers’ compensation administration.
• Support OSHA and workplace safety programs; ensure compliance.
