Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to partner with leaders, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure fair, compliant HR practices across campuses in the Bethlehem region. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, investigations, leave administration, and ADA accommodations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least five years of HR experience, and travel to assigned campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain ATS, postings, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Support engagement and retention through stay interviews and related initiatives.
• Advise leaders on performance management, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Administer FMLA, leaves of absence and other protected leaves.
• Lead ADA and religious accommodation processes and return-to-work programs.
• Provide HR policy and employment-law training and education.
• Travel to campus locations to provide hands-on HR support.
