Country Meadows is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to partner with leaders and co-workers to strengthen workplace culture, support employee success, and ensure fair HR practices. The role emphasizes recruitment, investigations, leave administration, and compliance across assigned campuses.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employment law compliance.
• Experience guiding leaders on performance management and HR policy interpretation.
• Strong investigative, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment systems, postings, ATS reports, and hiring metrics.
• Support co-worker engagement and retention through stay interviews and roundings.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Administer FMLA, leaves, and other protected leave programs with compliant documentation.
• Lead ADA and religious accommodation processes and return-to-work support.
• Provide HR policy training and education on employment law and Just Culture.
• Travel to campus locations to provide hands-on HR support.
