Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to provide expert guidance on payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

You will support onboarding, maintain confidential records, and help drive engagement and policy adherence across our communities, with a focus on timely HR operations and accurate data in Workday.

Competenze

• 2+ years of professional-level experience in human resources.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• APHR/PHR/SPHR certifications preferred.
• Deep understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage employee relations cases.
• Project management within an HR context.

Mansioni

• Provide expert advice and support on payroll, Workday, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Improve HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and claims management.
• Ensure compliance through strong record keeping and surveys.
• Assist with payroll administration and employee record maintenance.
• Maintain confidential HR files.
• Handle employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
• Respond to HR policy inquiries.
