Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. You will partner with HR Operations to improve processes and ensure regulatory compliance, while contributing to a culture that is open, fair, and inclusive.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR experience, with proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP) and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a HR Generalist or equivalent HR role.
• Experience with HR processes including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, succession planning, employee development and training.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management to foster a fair and equitable environment.
• Assist in HR initiatives, standardize workflows, and support adoption of HR tools and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams for exempt and non-exempt positions.
