Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR administration support to the HR Leadership Team across learning centers and functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; PHR/SPHR accreditation preferred.
• 1–3 years HR experience.
• Ability to conduct investigations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience promoting employee engagement and retention programs.
• Strong collaboration with HR leadership and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support low-risk investigations with overview, plan, interviews, and recommendations.
• Assist with programs to promote teammate engagement, satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate and participate in employment and recruiting activities for instructors and CS staff.
• Handle new hire orientation and exit processes; light travel as needed.
• Manage employee accommodation requests and transfer eligibility.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
