Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• PHR/SPHR accreditation or equivalent HR qualification preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
• Assist with low-risk investigations and present findings.
• Support programs to promote teammate engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Participate in stay interviews and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate employment and recruiting activities with Corporate Talent Acquisition.
• Handle new hire orientation and exit processes as needed.
• Support employee accommodation requests and transfer eligibility tracking.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field

PHR/SPHR accreditation or similar HR professional qualification
