Job summary

Woodstream Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist in Lititz, PA to partner with employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, and HR compliance, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in HR or related field (or 2–3 years HR experience), strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS/ADP. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR or related field, or 2-3 years HR experience, required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred); ATS experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring for open positions, coordinating with managers and applicants
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for hourly and salaried roles
• Support compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance and talent management initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to support business decisions
• Ensure data accuracy in ADP/HRIS and HR data systems
