• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with onboarding, HR administration, and benefits.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Administer employee benefits and assist enrollments.
• Coordinate executive and employee travel.
• Manage HR email communications and respond to inquiries.
• Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
• Support office operations and maintain an organized workplace.
• Prepare HR reports and confidential documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations.
• Assist leadership with HR projects and administrative support.
