RadNet, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Associate Business Partner to support the employee lifecycle, partnering with HR Business Partners, managers and staff to promote a positive experience in a hybrid work setting.

This role expands beyond administration into workforce planning, performance management, onboarding, learning and development, compliance, and employee relations. Strong communication, confidentiality, and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR policy guidance to employees and supervisors.
• Build trusted relationships with client groups and deliver HR support.
• Assist with employee relations, documentation, and issue escalation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities with hiring managers.
• Assist with goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Coordinate leadership development and HR training sessions.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
