Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR administration and full employee lifecycle processes. You will partner with the Human Resources Director on engagement initiatives and culture development, working across recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, and safety compliance.

The role reports to the Human Resources Director and requires strong HRIS/ATS skills, plus the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state labor law including workers' compensation, workplace safety, EEOC, NLRB and FLSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with management ensuring HR strategies, processes and practices are implemented.
• Lead high-volume recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to all levels of employees on policy and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and government regulations.
• Lead investigations into policy violations and manage employee concerns.
