Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an HR Generalist to execute day to day HR administration and support full employee lifecycle processes. You will partner with the Human Resources Director on initiatives that drive engagement and business performance while cultivating Legends culture.

The role covers high-volume recruitment, training, performance management, onboarding and employee relations. This on-site role at Moscone Center in San Francisco offers a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of federal and state labor law incl. worker’s comp, OSHA, EEOC, FLSA
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships across functions
• Leadership and multi-project management abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with management to implement HR strategies
• Maintain staffing levels across units for operational success
• Coach and provide feedback on employee issues
• Communicate policies, laws, standards to employees
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data
• Support HR during events
• Ensure compliance with government and labor reporting
• Prepare documentation for state and federal laws
• Lead investigations into policy and law violations
• Assist with workers' compensation, leaves, and benefits
• Facilitate new hire orientation and development materials
• Demonstrate venue-specific HR knowledge in business partnership
• Exercise judgment in HR-related decisions
