Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle activities at Target Center in Minneapolis, MN. The role collaborates with the Senior HR Manager on engagement initiatives, performance management, onboarding, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, timekeeping audits, recruitment support, and maintaining regulatory compliance across federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state labor law including FLSA
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience payroll for multi-department workforce (hourly, salaried, part-time)

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
• Partner with Senior HR Manager on initiatives driving engagement and performance
• Handle high-volume recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate timekeeping records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
• Support events and company HR initiatives as needed
