Legends Global is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with the HR Manager and operational managers. If you are looking to be part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced team.

In this fast-paced, live-events environment, you will manage employee relations, recruitment support, and HR processes while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR Administration, HRIS (UltiPro) or LMS (Litmos) experience.
• Excel and SharePoint experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state labor law including EEOC, OSHA, and FLSA

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with management to implement HR strategies, processes and practices.
• Provide expert counsel and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations, performance, policies, and labor laws.
• Proactively address labor/employee relations issues including conflict resolution.
• Assist in investigations and documentation with HR Manager.
• Support staffing and recruitment during event and non-event days.
