Job summary

Genesys Health Alliance is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Cartersville, GA, with remote options to support a distributed workforce.

You will partner with leadership to drive HR programs, manage investigations, and ensure fair and compliant practices while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, healthcare admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience preferred.
• Experience as HR Manager/Generalist/BP or similar role.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, policy development, and recordkeeping.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and leave administration.
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims and accommodations discussions.
• Assist with HR policy development, job descriptions, and compliance with laws.
• Coordinate HR reports and analyze workforce metrics.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records.
• Support multi-state HR needs across GA, FL, SC, and VA.
