Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a human resources generalist role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field or equivalent education, training and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with employees and management to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
• Responds to employee relation issues such as complaints, harassment, and civil rights concerns.
• Represents the company for unemployment claims and participates in orientation processes.
• Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs and personnel records.
• Maintains relationships with union officials and monitors labor contract adherence.
