Peace River Citrus Products, Inc. is seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our Arcadia, FL team.

This role requires attention to detail and a collaboration mindset to support HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. With about five years of HR experience, you will help administer benefits, maintain HR records, ensure regulatory compliance, and generate HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5 years HR experience (internships/part-time welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HR software or HRIS is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters.
• Handle onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Help administer employee benefit programs and open enrollment.
• Assist with employee relations issues and workplace investigations.
• Support training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
• Generate reports on HR metrics as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
