Job summary

Valmont Industries in Jasper, Tennessee seeks an HR Generalist to support the operations teams with employee relations, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and compliance. This role collaborates with leaders to implement HR processes and drive organizational effectiveness.

You will manage HRIS data, assist with training initiatives, and contribute to change management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring timely, accurate HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years HR generalist experience; or
• Associates degree with 5+ years HR experience; or 7+ years HR generalist experience.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory issues; recruiting; HRIS; and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of HR advice, support and guidance to assigned departments.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and performance management processes.
• Support benefits open enrollment and payroll/HRIS data integrity.
• Investigate employee relations issues and assist in resolution.
• Collaborate with leaders to execute HR processes and change initiatives.
• Prepare HR metrics and reports and support HR projects.
