Valmont Industries, Inc. in Farmington, MN, is seeking an individual contributor in Human Resources to support Operations Teams. You will partner with leaders to implement HR processes, handle employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits and policy implementation.

You will also assist with organizational change, training initiatives, annual reviews, safety events, and HR data analytics as part of a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 3+ years relevant experience or Associate's with 5+ years relevant experience or 7+ years relevant experience.
• Compliance and regulatory knowledge.
• Two+ years with a major HRIS system.
• Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Occasional after-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job descriptions.
• Provide HR guidance to assigned departments and employees.
• Support employee relations initiatives and investigations.
• Assist in onboarding, performance reviews, and benefits administration.
• Analyze data and generate HR metrics and reports.
