Job summary

- Experience supporting employee relations, coaching, investigations.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and pre-employment activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide full HR support to employees and leaders at the Newberry site.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers.
- Coach managers on employee relations and performance issues.
- Conduct workplace investigations with HR leadership and Legal as needed.
- Maintain Workday data integrity and HR systems.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and policy administration.
