Halperns' Steak & Seafood is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. You will serve as the HR business partner between Shared Services and the division, supporting sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning while promoting diversity and inclusive practices.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of HR policies, and experience driving employee engagement and performance management within a large hospitality or retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s preferred with emphasis in Human Resources and/or five or more years of experience with broad knowledge of HR functions.
• Thorough understanding of company culture, policies and employment-related laws.
• Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
