Job summary

Moss is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Corporate Shared Services team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role covers onboarding, employee relations, and performance management within a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with management to implement talent strategies, ensure compliance with laws, and foster an inclusive, engaging workplace culture. Strong HRIS experience, especially Workday, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or SPHR certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a generalist role.
• Broad knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and manage ongoing HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and support business partners.
• Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and guidance on policy interpretation.
• Assist with recruitment marketing, sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide change management support and assist leadership with priority projects.
