Job summary

The SYGMA Network, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support local, regional, and corporate HR programs in Denver, CO. The role focuses on equitable development and consistent treatment of personnel, working with leadership to implement HR initiatives and policies.

Location: Denver, CO; travel minimal. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and an HR certification; 2–5 years in HR with supervisory exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or closely related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 2-5 years HR management experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all State and Federal employment laws.
• Investigate problems such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, and appeals.
• Provide guidance for problem resolution to department officials and individuals.
• Oversee performance management with OpCo leaders and CMPs.
• Coordinate staffing plans and recruitment efforts to maintain quality workforce.
• Develop and oversee compensation policies and programs.
