Covenant Living & CovenantCare at Home is seeking an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations across communities, focusing on onboarding, compliance, retention, and employee relations. You will implement solutions, improve processes, and ensure policies are consistently applied.

Key duties include partnering with business leaders, managing payroll and Workday transactions, and driving engagement and performance management across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including onboarding, compliance, retention, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices.
• Business Partnership: engage in financial planning with business leaders, including budgeting and planning process.
• Consult with business leaders to develop and implement solutions.
• Provide insights and advice to support decision making and lead change when necessary.
• Influence decisions by building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure HR function operates efficiently with self-service for transactional tasks.
• Reconciling payroll, Workday transactions, recruitment processes, and standard HR procedures.
• Improve metrics such as turnover, claims management, engagement score, unemployment claims, and data integrity audits.
