Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Serve as a resource for HR policies and workplace concerns.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and HR programs.
• Track training, certifications, and performance assessments for compliance.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in policy implementation and review to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide professional, confidential service to employees and leadership.
• Partner with site departments to maintain a safe, respectful workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
