Job summary

Flexible Concepts, Inc is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to lead payroll, recruiting, onboarding, training, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives within our manufacturing environment. You will manage HRIS, administer benefits, and drive employee engagement while ensuring policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have five years of HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive HR experience; degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Comfort administering HR policies and compliance programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for workplace relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain records and enroll employees in 401(k), insurance, and other benefits.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support safety protocols and confidential data handling.
