Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of professional HR experience including recruitment and employment services.
• Experience in classification, salary administration, and HR policy formulation.

• Advise, interpret, and apply HR laws, policies, and guidelines to resolve HR issues.
• Manage payroll, timekeeping, and Workday events for the MDH-Holly Center.
• Coordinate recruitment, reclassifications, and agency/retirement benefits.
