Qualifications

• Six years and six months of HR experience in recruitment, employment services, classification, salary administration, and employee relations.
• Two years and six months of professional HR management experience in recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, or employee relations.
• Candidates may substitute a Bachelor's degree plus two years and six months of HR experience for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain issues of personnel and employee relations.
• Recruitment of permanent, special appointment, and contractual positions; create vacancy notices and local advertisements.
• Acts as the agency timekeeper.
• Reinforces staff knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and performance.
