University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the Financial Services department's day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding. The role collaborates with leadership to ensure compliance with university policies and effective HR service delivery, with a focus on process improvement and employee experience.

• Payroll liaison responsibilities including monitoring and managing payroll transactions.
• Create/update and enter job descriptions in HCM/PeopleSoft database and ensure postings go live on CU Careers (Taleo).
• Onboarding and offboarding duties to ensure smooth staff transitions and proper introduction to department culture.
