Qualifications

• One year of HR experience for intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruitment activities for staff, faculty and student employees using HCM and CU Careers systems.
• Facilitate onboarding, draft offer letters, and process HR transactions related to compensation and positions.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and University policies; support process improvement and policy guidance.
• Coordinate visa/work authorization processes for international appointments.
