MURPHY WALL PRODUCTS INTERNATIONAL INC in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support employees across the company with compensation, benefits, orientation, training and communications.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and maintain employee records while ensuring payroll accuracy and benefits administration. This role also involves HRIS data management and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR coordination or generalist experience.
• Experience in Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Familiarity with employment law, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer letters.
• Payroll & Benefits: Process bi-weekly payroll using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance; administer health insurance, 401(k), and leave programs.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate reports, ensure compliance with employment laws, assist with employee relations, and support training and engagement.
