Job summary

Uline is seeking an Human Resources Representative to join our Reno team. The role offers a pay range from $75,000 to $100,000 per year and is an on-site position at 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV.

You will collaborate with recruiters and managers to hire top talent and support benefits and leaves administration. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field with 3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in warehousing, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Workday.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure successful selection and onboarding of top talent.
• Support benefits and leave administration, including short-term disability, workers’ compensation, FMLA and personal leave.
• Lead workplace policy and employee conduct reviews.
• Participate in job fairs, community activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain functional knowledge of federal, state and local legal regulations and processes.
