Job summary

Stancil Services seeks an experienced HR Generalist in Concord, NC. You will partner with managers and employees to oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and compliance while maintaining accurate records.

You will ensure HR processes run smoothly, support HR audits, generate reports, and participate in process improvements to enhance the employee experience and align with company values of teamwork and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum four (4) years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience in payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, and HR compliance.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers.
• Process payroll and ensure compensation, tax, deduction, and benefit changes are entered accurately.
• Maintain employee files, I-9 records, HRIS data, workers' compensation and confidentiality records.
• Prepare payroll, HR, compliance, and management reports.
