Qualifications

• HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, files, benefits).
• Multi-state, multi-site payroll experience; job costing is a plus.
• HRIS administration experience and quick system learning.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain personnel files, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Run 30/60/90-day check-ins and schedule performance reviews.
