Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an HR Generalist to support hourly associates with payroll, benefits, and HR programs, partnering with HRBP to implement new initiatives.

You'll manage personnel records, assist with onboarding, and help run trainings, while ensuring HR best practices and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years HR experience.
• 3+ years administrative experience.
• Understanding of basic labor laws.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise NDW employees on questions and concerns.
• Review Lincoln Financial documents and update employee statuses.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure documentation procedures.
• Process status change requests in HRIS and notify affected employees.
• Assist with new hire orientation logistics and materials.
• Help create ad hoc trainings for managers.
• Audit personnel files for accuracy across cost centers.
