Ascendo Resources seeks an HR Generalist in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support day-to-day HR operations with 3+ years of experience. The role requires initiative, strong organization, and the ability to manage payroll, onboarding, and employee documentation while upholding confidentiality.

You will partner with teams to foster a positive workplace culture, coordinate engagement activities, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, using HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Experience within Financial Services highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and employee onboarding.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process payroll accurately and timely.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and employee setup.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment agreements, and other HR-related documents.
• Support employee relations initiatives, addressing employee inquiries and promoting a positive work environment.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
• Assist with general HR administrative duties and special projects as needed.
