Job summary

The Alamo Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Wooster, OH to support talent acquisition, payroll, benefits and employee relations for hourly workforce. You will partner with site leaders to apply company policies, administer leave and attendance, manage open enrollment, coordinate training, and drive workforce engagement across the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive human resources experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting, payroll, employee relations, benefits administration or timekeeping in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Hourly Recruiting: manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles and maintain ATS.
• Payroll, Timekeeping & Attendance: primary owner of payroll support and attendance tracking.
• Employee Relations: advise supervisors on policies and investigations as needed.
• Benefits, Leave Administration & Wellness: administer open enrollment, leave programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Training & Development: coordinate onboarding, policy refreshers, and LMS data compliance.
