Job summary

Alamo Group is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to support hourly recruiting, payroll and benefits in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with supervisors to ensure policy compliance and effective workforce planning, while fostering employee development and engagement.

The role covers payroll, timekeeping, attendance, employee relations, benefits administration, training coordination, and community outreach initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting, payroll, employee relations, benefits or timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruiting and payroll administration.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, attendance and related processes.
• Manage benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities.
• Provide guidance on policies and employee relations.
• Coordinate training and onboarding activities.
