Job summary

ImageFIRST, a healthcare-focused linen service, seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee local HR requirements in High Point, NC. You will partner with leadership on performance management, employee relations, recruiting, safety, and payroll activities using Dayforce for time and attendance.

Responsibilities include benefits administration, leaves of absence, onboarding/offboarding, and coordinating employee engagement with the Community Giving program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience overseeing Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Payroll experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all local HR requirements in partnership with the leadership team, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and some Payroll and Benefits responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Human Resources team to ensure alignment.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information.
• Manage local payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Manager, utilizing Dayforce for Time and Attendance Programs.
• Handle new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork for all employees.
• Recruit and hire production associate workers.
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and maintain the local Community Giving program.
• Administer benefits, including disseminating benefit packets and assisting with Benefits Open Enrollment
• Responsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA, as well as on-site coordinator for Workers Comp filings.
• Assist in the compliance and posting requirements of our safety program with the Leadership Team
