Job summary

Universal Presentation Concepts in Madison, WI is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding), and maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy.

You will ensure regulatory compliance including employment, OSHA and insurance, update policies and SOPs, oversee payroll and benefits, maintain confidential records, develop employee events, and coordinate vendor communications; a Bachelor's in HR and 4 years' HR experience are required.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of HR or HR generalist experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Payroll and benefits experience.
  • Vendor communication (Medical, Insurance, Retirement, Payroll Administrator, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Manage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding).
  • Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with all company SOP and guidelines.
  • Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOP.
  • Responsible for payroll and benefits.
  • Maintains confidential employment records.
  • Develop and execute employee events. (picnic, rewards, wellness, flu shot, etc)
  • Attend employee meetings
  • Conflict resolution
