Universal Presentation Concepts (UPC) in Madison, WI is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain HRIS/ATS data, and ensure regulatory compliance across employment, OSHA, and insurance.

The role also covers payroll and benefits administration, policy updates, confidential records, employee events, meetings, and conflict resolution, with a focus on supporting a growing, employee-centric team.

Qualifications

• 4 years of HR or HR generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Payroll and benefits experience.
• Vendor communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding).
• Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insurance.
• Ensure compliance with all company SOP and guidelines.
• Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOP.
• Responsible for payroll and benefits.
• Maintains confidential employment records.
• Develop and execute employee events.
• Attend employee meetings.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insurance
• Ensure compliance with all company SOP and guidelines
• Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOP
• Responsible for payroll and benefits
• Maintains confidential employment records
• Develop and execute employee events. (picnic, rewards, wellness, flu shot, etc)
• Attend employee meetings
• Conflict resolution
