Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources post Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Paylocity payroll/HRIS systems.
• Strong confidentiality and professional communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HR tech issues by phone, email, and virtual.
• Process payroll submissions and maintenance in Paylocity.
• Execute recruiting, onboarding and offboarding in Paylocity.
• Administer benefits and maintain HR records.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and OSHA tracking.
• Handle unemployment claims including hearings.
• Maintain HRIS changes and HR trackers; run reports.
