Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hires/terminations with Payroll and respond to unemployment claims.
• Assist with benefits enrollment or updates with carriers and audits.
• Manage HRIS and payroll data with multi-state tax accounts, keeping confidentiality.
• Develop and implement HR policies and support training initiatives.
• Support workers' compensation tracking and employee relations as needed.
