Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support recruitment, benefits administration, and payroll facilitation across our Utah offices (Lehi, Salt Lake City, and St. George).

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, 1–2 years of HR generalist experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms is expected. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR generalist or related role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with Payroll and Benefit platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
• Assist with new hire orientation and ensure all required paperwork and documentation is completed.
• Maintain and update HR records, HRIS systems, and personnel files.
• Enter and verify employee payroll data including hours worked, deductions, and adjustments.
• Assist with the preparation of semi-monthly payroll.
• Provide general HR administrative support including filing and compliance records.
