You will serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and supervisors, support HR projects, and maintain accurate confidential records while upholding university policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field with strong confidentiality.
• 2–4 years of progressive HR/payroll/benefits experience in a professional setting.
• Experience communicating complex HR issues to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate, timely processing in line with policies and laws.
• Administer employee benefit programs including enrollment, reconciliation, audits, vendor coordination, and annual open enrollment.
• Serve as HR resource on payroll, benefits, timekeeping, policies, and procedures; maintain confidential records.
• Lead HR projects and implement new programs, processes, and HR systems.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, forms, reports, and documentation.
