Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of progressively responsible human resources experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll administration, HRIS systems, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations.
• Process multi-entity bi-weekly payroll.
• Administer employee benefit programs.
• Investigate employee complaints and workplace concerns.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws.
