LHH Recruitment Solutions in Beaverton, OR is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to own day-to-day payroll, support benefits administration, and drive HR initiatives. This hands-on role partners with HR and Finance and serves as a key resource for employees across the organization.

The position is on-site in Beaverton, OR, with one remote day per week and may require travel. Anticipated salary range is $70,000–$80,000 annually with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong multi-state payroll experience required.
• Benefits administration experience strongly preferred.
• Experience within a growing or evolving organization is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and related compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable partnering across HR, Finance, and other areas of the organization.
• Ability to travel periodically based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely multi-state payroll processing.
• Serve as a key resource for employee payroll and benefits questions.
• Support payroll activities associated with organizational growth and integration.
• Assist with employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll and benefits-related matters.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers, benefits brokers, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and support payroll and benefits compliance.
• Assist with reporting, audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.
• Support broader HR initiatives and projects as needed.
