Placements24 in Paarl is seeking an HR Officer to support recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration, and HR projects. You will play a key role in day-to-day HR operations and be instrumental in maintaining positive employee relations within the organization.

The ideal candidate has a 2–4 year background in HR support, a solid understanding of HR processes, and knowledge of South African labor law. Proactive teamwork and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• 2–4 years HR support or HR Officer experience.
• Solid HR process knowledge: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations.
• Knowledge of SA labor law and practical application.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage onboarding for new employees and ensure documentation completion.
• Maintain employee records and HR filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide HR support to employees on queries and concerns.
• Assist with performance management and training program administration.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor legislation.
