Job summary

CRC Group, a leading independent specialty insurance distributor, is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with HR Business Partners and leaders across the employee lifecycle. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and support workforce planning, development, and engagement initiatives.

The role also manages shared inboxes, HR data accuracy, and executive-ready reporting while identifying opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Proficiency with HR systems, reporting tools, and automation; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to execute HR strategies and daily activities.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and HR policy interpretation.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate HR transactions in Workday and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain HR processes, templates, and escalation procedures.
• Produce executive-ready HR reports and support data-driven decisions.
